中国杏林医疗集团董事长史灵芝、全国韩籍中国同胞总联合会总会长、韩国新华报社社长曹明权等应主办方的特别邀请，代表全国韩籍中国同胞总联合会，出席开幕剪彩仪式并致辞讲话。
